Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply some breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple, where you are One with God. You may wish to use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-God. Enjoy these moments of quietly settling and come out when you are ready.

An aged pilgrim was walking to the Himalayan Mountains in the bitter cold of winter, when it started raining. An innkeeper said to him, "How will you ever get there in this kind of weather, my good man?" The pilgrim answered cheerfully, "My heart got there first, so it's easy for the rest of me to follow."

What was that red wine that just poured over my head, drenching my face in delights of heaven?
I just saw myself and God dancing inside the bubbles
Don't ask "How?" I have no idea
I'm drunk But on what? I have no idea
Don't give me an answer I'd rather be lost dallying with Grace
Too much impotent religion Too much sterile belief No more
A creed crumbled outside Believing in belief shattered inside Love laughed everywhere
You keep doing the funniest things with me I mean, really, with me ... But I would not dare tell
How could I not keep falling in Love with You again and again...?
I didn't learn this at church No catechism teaches these love-positions
You're wet, I'm wet with You You're the pool of Living Water I'm the thirsty, shame-less pilgrim
Does it really matter "You" or "I"?
When we're entangled no one can tell us apart
Sermon Series I'll post on the sign of my heart: "From Flirting to Making Love with Guess-Who"
I'll be silent now ... Just one last comment: God is not a frigid God

Be Thou my Vision, O Lord of my heart; Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art Thou my best Thought, by day or by night, Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.

Stanza One of the hymn "Be Thou My Vision."

A more important question is not "What ought I to do?" but "What is my heart saying for me to do?" The more important query is not "Where am I?" but "Where is my heart longing for me to go?"
Yet, this heart is not the purely emotional aspect. This heart is the True Self, one with Divine Grace and all others - from which flows sublime sweetness.
When Pure Spirit speaks, the heart speaks in one with Spirit. When the heart speaks, Spirit speaks in one with the heart. There is no difference, for the heart abides in Pure Spirit. Pure Spirit is its true and only habitat.
Do not let anyone "kill" or "deaden" your heart. No human is worth your heart dying for, or losing your heartfulness for. True Love awakens the heart, edifies the heart, heals the heart, and blesses the heart with Graces plenty and spontaneous - with Beautiful Life, Gleeful Grace, Immaculate Intimacy.
Are you listening to the heart? What is your heart saying? When was the last time you followed your heart, and felt the joy of finding out you were guided wisely? Do you need to practice listening to your heart more? Is your "God" full of passion, or do you need to instill more passion into your vision of the Divine? How do you experience Life as an ecstatic Loving?
